Seems WOW64 is not part of the installation DVD startup, it is a 64 bit Win 7 DVD.5. It is a Dell Latitude 6410 with factory installed Windows 7 Pro 32 bit. MS completely unhelpful in that regard. Like I mentioned, you'll have to Google your PC make/model to get instructions to access it since they do vary.
