It depends on the drive size, on my old 6.4 GB drive it reserved .4 of the 6.4, on my new 80 GB Maxtor it reserved 3.9 GB. no 1 k files there so the wastage is small... ..because it only occurs on EVERY small file or ..on the very last cluster of a every large file Hope that Wird geladen... Is this a bug in Vista or is system restore actually designed to use up twice as much storage as my actual data? I increased the partition size by 100 GB about 2 months ago and now I am down under 30GB. Disappearing space that does not show up anywhere. BLEEPINGCOMPUTER NEEDS YOUR HELP!
